its more its 10 wounds topped with regeneration that are the only things its got going for it. even then, i don't think it could survive a one on one with any other apocalypse unit. unfortunatley biotitans are not that godly =(

What would be better for an Apocalypse Tyranid army would be a corrupted Titan. In the Titan comic books when Imperious Dictatio (the main character) Fights against the tyranids. One of the things he and some eldar titans fight against is Imperial titans that have taken over by the Hive mind. they look more or less like regular titans but have growths, especially around joints. I think it would be a cool conversion and would give the tyranids some heavy firepower.
