Help with industrial terrain.

I found this terrain am thinking of maybe saving up for it. Problem is I don't have a ton of money so it may take a while to get this thing up (If I am going to)

The red guy is a marine & it does not come with the base (Or the marine lol)

Rules~
The walled walk ways would be 4+ cover
The towers would be 5+ if fired from different levels
No cover if on the same level
One turn to rise up a level.

That do you think?

... If as a group we started a small fund I would most definitely need to get these. they are SOOO cool.
